Dr. Mary Poth

Dr. Mary Poth joined the Hemmett Health team in July 2023 as a full-time chiropractic physician. She treats both pelvic floor and orthopedic condions Dr. Mary grew up in Ohio, She loves spending time outside, playing soccer, tennis, swimming and learning science and math.

After high school, she started a biological science bachelors program at Wright State University in Dayton, OH and received her group fitness certification. Dr. Mary completed her Bachelors of Science and Doctor of Chiropractic degrees at Palmer College of Chiropractic.

Dr. Mary has family in western and upstate New York. She loves winter and snow, She always loved the idea of moving to the east coast. She knew Vermont was home when she couldn’t stop smiling when she got off the plane.

Outside of work, Dr. Mary loves being a dog mom to her 20lb Eskipoo “Sid the Sloth” and trying new restaurants with Her boyfriend. She loves being active and doing anything outdoors, so she is looking forward to all the hiking Vermont has to offer! Dr. mary also teaches fitness classes and especially enjoys teaching yoga. She can’t live without coffee and chocolate, and loves traveling. She has been to DC, Vegas, Zion National Park, and Iceland all within the past year! She is looking forward to getting to know you and help you reach your health goals!”
